Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Purchases made through this Website can only be shipped to the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to hotels, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses.

 

Shipping and Handling

 

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We recommend that you inspect your package for any signs of damage or tampering before signing for and accepting it.

Exchange & Return Policy

 

Jewelry purchased through www.italianjewelryboutique.com is eligible for a refund or exchange if returned to Italian Jewelry Boutique at 9414 Brighton Way, Beverly Hills California 90210 within 14 days. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before being accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt and packaging.

 

Returns to Italian Jewelry Boutique

 

Only jewelry purchased through this website, www.italianjewelryboutique.com, is eligible for a refund or exchange if returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days, along with the original sales receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via at +1-510-219-5197, Monday - Sunday (9 am to 8 pm), or by email at info@italianjewelryboutique.com to receive a Return Authorization Code and a shipping label. Please write the return authorization code on the outside of the box.

Include a brief note describing the reason for the return, along with a copy of your original receipt, your current home address, and telephone number. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please make this clear.

 

If you are requesting a refund, Italian Jewelry Boutique will coordinate with the credit card company to issue a refund to your account for the full purchase amount, excluding any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.
